Athletes operate in a demanding world. Training volumes are higher, competition seasons are longer, and the pressure to return quickly after injury has never been greater. Getting that return right — not just fast, but complete — requires a recovery process built by people who understand sport.
Our sports injury program is built on one core principle: return to sport is a destination, not just a timeline. Getting you back on the field, court, course, or trail as quickly as possible matters — but returning you in a way that protects you from re-injury and sets you up to perform at your best matters more. We hold both of those goals simultaneously, and we build your program accordingly.
We begin with a thorough evaluation of your injury, your sport, your position and movement demands, and the specific physical requirements of returning to full competition. From there, we develop a phased plan that takes you from initial injury management through tissue healing, functional strength and movement restoration, sport-specific conditioning, and finally return-to-play criteria that are objective and measurable — not just based on how you feel.
Throughout that process, we also look upstream and downstream. Injuries rarely happen in a vacuum. We assess the movement patterns, strength imbalances, and training habits that may have contributed to your injury in the first place, and we address those as part of your program. The goal is not just to get you back — it's to send you back better than before, with a prevention plan in place so you can spend more time doing what you love and less time on the sideline.
We partner with you along your health journey; moving away from pain and towards getting you back to doing the things you love.
