Fall Prevention
Multiple factors can contribute to falling. If you feel uneasy navigating your world, then it warrants evaluation.
Wheather you have fallen in the past, are fearful of falling, or have started noticing a decline in your balance, it is time to take a closer look. Falls are a leading cause of loss of independence, particularly for the elderly. They often, although not always, result in injury and at least a temporary decline in function. Don't let falling rob you of your life. There are plenty of effective treatments that can help and we are here to help guide you through which ones are best for you. This can be discussed either in person or through a virtual consultation by booking below.
Auto Accidents
When the unexpected happens, you can count on us!
Getting back on your feet after a car accident can be overwhelming. Physical therapy after an auto accident is necessary to recover quickly and often prevent long-term pain from taking hold. Treating an injury soon after it occurs will expedite your recovery, so please don't delay. Please remember, you do not necessarily have to see your physician prior to starting therapy after an accident. A skilled evaluation will help us know for sure what your best course of care will be. Let us help take some of the guesswork out of your recovery. We work well with physician's offices, auto insurance adjusters and attorneys to help you navigate this complex process.
Dry Needle Therapy
An excellent adjunct to traditional therapy to accelerate recovery for many conditions.
Dry Needle therapy has been part of our practice since 2018 and many of our patients have found tremendous benefits. Dry needling is not a "cure all," but when applied to the right conditions it is very helpful. Schedule an evaluation today to see if it is a viable option for you!
Laser Therapy
Laser therapy helps reduce pain for a variety of conditions. During treatment, light enters your tissue to activate your cells and you typically experience a deep, soothing warmth. There is no pain and the treatments last around 6 minutes. Most plans of care benefit from a 6-8 treatment regiment over a period of 2-4 weeks. For ongoing or degenerative conditions and to optimize athletic recovery, a maintenance plan with our therapy subscription is an excellent option.
